In photography there is a reality so subtle that it becomes more real than reality. There is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment. Taking an image, freezing a moment, reveals how rich reality truly is. Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.

We are making photographs to understand what our lives mean to us. A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people. You don’t take a photograph. You ask quietly to borrow it.
